11/3/2023 0 Comments Joseph phillips pmp exam prep![]() What worked for others might not work for me: Same procedure for the second batch of the 60 questions. Once you end a review, you cannot go back to review those questions anymore. If you choose to "end review", it will ask you if you would like to take a break. When you finish the first 60 questions, the browser will show a review screen that allows you to review all the questions. Each break is 10 minutes, but you don't need to use up the 10 minutes. Breaks are not included in the exam time. You are given an opportunity to take a break after the first 60 questions, and another break after the second batch of 60 questions. Rest assured that even if your exam started late due to the wait time, your exam time (230 minutes) is not shortened. That 3 - 5 seconds sure felt longer than that. It took about 3 - 5 seconds for the exam screen to start. The exam screen did not show up right away. He asked me to show the top of my desk using my laptop's camera. Finally a proctor spoke to me via my laptop's audio. 5 minutes past the exam start time, I was still in queue waiting. I did not watch PMP related youtube videos as I learn more by reading, not watching or listening. The reason is that I felt reviewing the questions makes me more confused and I was feeling study fatigue. I only did 2 full length exams, 6 mini exams, and did not do any practice questions. I bought PMI Study Hall Plus which has 5 full length exams, 20 mini exams, and a bunch of practice questions. Quickly went through the notes again the day before the exam. Studied u/third3rock's notes thoroughly one more time. Reviewed the practice exam questions I did in Study hall. I felt extremely crushed.īought u/third3rock's notes, studied, and took the Study Hall full length exam #2. My heart sank deeper as I answered more questions. While working through the practice exam, I literally felt I was guessing for every question. I finished 175 practice exam questions in two days, not in one sitting. Took the first PMI Study Hall full length exam #1. After finishing all the videos, I studied the notes in the powerpoint PDF. While watching Joseph Phillips' videos, I typed down notes on his powerpoint PDF. Studied about 1 - 1.5 hours during weekday nights, and more hours on weekends. It's good to know what to expect if you want to take an online exam.Ībout 3 months from starting to watch the video, filling out the exam application form to passing the exam. The PearsonVue Sample PMP exam simulator included in the Study Hall is quite helpful. The practice exams are truly confidence crushers like everyone else said. If you don't know what the PMP mindset is, check out his notes. Like everyone else said, the notes are GOLD!!! The mindset is key.
